  • HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

    See shoedrop.com/how-it-works. For returning customers with a box, there’s no need to place additional orders- just place your items in your return box and we’ll reach out with a repair quote once we’ve received them.

  • DO YOU WORK ON BOOTS AND SNEAKERS?

    Yes, we work on boots, sneakers, shoes, bags, and leather goods of all types and brands.

  • DO YOU REPAIR PATENT LEATHER ITEMS?

    Yes, however there are some things even we can’t repair. Staining under the finish or chips and scrapes not on the heel base may not be fully repairable.

  • DO YOU HAVE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT HARDWARE FOR MY BAG/SHOES?

    We have a great relationship with many high end brands, however they do not always provide original pieces. In those instances we’ll reach out with pictures of our replacement options.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

    Once your items arrive at our repair facility, turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks. Shipping is typically about 2-3 days each way, although times can vary.

  • HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    We’ll reach out when we receive your items with a quote, and we’ll contact you again when they’ve been completed with a tracking number. You can always reach us at support@shoedrop.com with any questions.

  • WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEES DO YOU HAVE?

    We stand behind our work 100%. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Shoe Drop experience, please reach out to us at support@shoedrop.com upon receiving your items and we’ll make it right.

  • I ALREADY HAVE A SHOE DROP BOX, DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    If you already have a Shoe Drop box with your return address on it, there is no need to go online to place an order. Just place your items in the postage paid box and we’ll reach out with a repair quote once they arrive.

  • HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I FIT INTO YOUR SHOE DROP BOX?

    Our boxes measure 15”x14”x5”. On average they hold up to 5 pairs of women’s shoes, 3 pairs of men’s dress shoes, 2 pairs of boots, 2 small handbags, or 1 large handbag.

  • WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

    We ship your initial box via USPS First Class Mail; all repair orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

    Shipping is included for all repair orders of $150 or more. Other orders will have a $15 return shipping charge added to your quote.

  • ARE MY ITEMS INSURED?

    Yes, all Shoe Drop orders are fully insured during transit and while in our possession, so in the rare occurrence your package is swept away by a tsunami or picked up in a tornado, we will provide you with a check in the amount of the original item(s) or replacement value of the item(s)*

    * The item is considered lost after 30 days of no scan data from the mail carrier both enroute to Shoe Drop and from Shoe Drop back to the return address provided; we are not liable for an item once it has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered. If an item is deemed lost we will provide a check in the amount of the original item with proof of purchase (paper receipt, email receipt, credit card statement, or paid invoice). If you do not have proof of purchase, we will compensate you based on the replacement value of the exact or similar item(s).

All our orders begin at $50. For this reason we recommend sending in multiple pairs at a time to ensure you meet minimum order while also maximizing on value.
