Our most popular service is The Overhaul, where we do what it takes to get your shoes back to you looking like new. We also offer services specifically for heel tips, new shoes, and handbags.

You’d be surprised what we can do. Head on over to our results page to see some of the items we’ve brought back to life.

That's ok! A Shoe Drop representative will reach out with suggestions. If there's absolutely no way we are able to fix your shoes or bags, we'll send them back to you, free of charge.

Our typical turnaround time, shipping included, is 2-3 weeks. Once your order is complete, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you know when to expect your items back.

We'll send you a confirmation email once you place your order and another email once your order is on its way back. If we have any questions along the way, we'll reach out via phone or email.
